Through a Glass Darkly

One day we will come over the rise to see what has always been true.

I say we, because others will stand with me;

We will see what we see through the scope of our histories.

Your astonishment will be equal to mine.

Clarity will come as bright as roses with Spring's first bloom.

Every bloom will bloom for me.

Every bloom will bloom for you.

We will heal backward and forward.

We will receive impossible bouquets.

Smitten by the endless perfume of the fragrance of Christ,

our veins transfused by the blood of the Lamb,

we will know what we could not bear to know before.

This is not a lament, this is a harbinger.

So why the tears?

Take heart and pray.

Prayer opens a geyser of medicine to cure all ills.

You'll see.
