It's All True

A decade ago I walked along the beach of Half Moon Bay carrying a heart-full of questions. It was mid-afternoon. A bank of fog held back the sun. I shivered as the wind swirled around me and a voice I'd been too preoccupied to attend to delivered a litany of questions. This little video seeks to bring others into that ethereal experience. Below the link, you'll find the inciting inner dialogue.

Woman in a garden. Woman crossing a bridge.

The ocean roared with salt and fog,

we faced its surging tide.

Beyond our youth and pushing old

and nothing more to hide, we let our questions fly...

Are You out there?

Are You good?

Do You love us?

Have we understood?

The broken bleed for what's been lost.

Will it ever be found?

The night is long, it's hard to see with darkness all around.

So we're asking, is all You promised really true?

Will hearts like children be what lead us to You?

The ocean roared with salt and fog,

we faced its surging tide.

Well past our youth and pushing old

and nowhere left to hide.

You let Your answers fly...

I'm the answer. I am real. Every wound, oh I will heal.

I am with you in your tears.

I will comfort all your fears

My life, My blood speak what is true

you're My child and I love you... I love you...I love you...

Maybe you have questions that roll around in you. I'd love to hear about them.
